It’s in good condition. All terracotta floors, wooden ceilings (chestnut) with terracotta bricks, windows and doors are in wood with double glazed glasses. The annex needs to be completely restored along with the external walls.

LAND: The total land belonging to the property is about 8 hectares, with olive groves, wood and sowing fields.
