The country house is stone-faced and it has been recently restored
respecting characteristics and materials typical of Umbrian
tradition. It’s in good condition. All terracotta floors, wooden
ceilings (chestnut) with terracotta bricks, windows and doors are in
wood with double glazed glasses. The annex needs to be completely
restored along with the external walls.

olive groves, wood and sowing fields.
