Antique country house, already signalled on maps dating from the 800’s, recently restructured respecting modern day society with the use of new technology for Energy saving. Situated on a hilltop from which there is a view of rare beauty and tranquillity. The property measures about 350 square meters and is divided onto two floors: ground floor; entrance, dining room, living room with fireplace, kitchen, small living room, bathroom and bedroom. First floor; four bedrooms all with bathrooms and one suite, made up of living room with bedroom, bathroom with shower in the living area and a toilet in the bedroom. Also on this floor is a service bathroom. The roof has been completely restored using the old materials, and old internal tiles and tiles, in addition the old wooden beams have been replaced, the entire roof has been renovated and insulated. The heating system – in the flooring – is completely independent and runs on GPL which is connected to a underground gas tank in one corner of the land. The installation is already set up to pass via the solar panels. The two floors can be heated and managed separately. The internet connection is supplied by a local company using a wireless network. On the entrance side of the property and that of the living room there are present two pergola’s protected by impermeable roofing. The house, with all the its relative technique of restoration and due to its internal furnishings, has been published in the magazine “il mio casale” November 2007 edition and it has appeared in an article “Il venerdì di Repubblica” July 2007. |
