agree as
follows:
The
seller grants a not-exclusive assignment of sale to MB Real Estate Agency
regarding the above described estate at the price of ITL

wont be changed for any reason during the lasting period of the present
act.
In case of a positive
result, the seller undertakes to give MB Real Estate Agency the fixed commission
of
.. at the moment of the preliminary contract (agreement to
sale).
The fixed commission will
be aniway calculated upon the final sale price, indipendently from the one fixed
in the present private act, is it higher or lower.
The validity period of the

Under todays date and as
reimbursement of the expenses the seller gives an amount of ITL
. This amount
will be deducted from the final commission of sale if the sale itself will be
made by MB Real Estate Agency. In case the sale wont be made by MB Real Estate
Agency, this amount will aniway remain to it, without any right of claiming by
the seller.
The seller undertakes to
give all the documents and technical papers asked by MB Real Estate Agency and
necessary for the stipulation of the preliminary contract or the deed attested
by a notary.
In case of sale not made by
MB Real Estate Agency, the seller has to communicate it to MB Real Estate Agency
in 15 days by fax or letter. If it wouldnt be, the seller will have to pay an
amount of ITL 1,000,000 (one million Italian Lire) as reimbursement of the
expenses.
Signing the present act MB
Real Estate Agency is allowed, its charge and expenses, to make any kind of
advertising on the sale of the estate subject matter of the present act,
appearing on any magazine, website and internet database, shopwindows, so as to
realize photos and videos.

seller, taking MB Real Estate Agency off of any responsability for eventual
untrue declarations, declares as follows:
