Agenzia Immobiliare MB hasn't worked in the renting line for long, but its passion and updated methods of work offer the clients a highly professional and efficient service. We only deal with exclusive detached houses with swimming pool (no agriturismos or bed and breakfast places). Houses must be well finished, situated in nice places and finely furnished. Our aim is to have a catalogue of top quality holiday homes. Our work will satisfy both the needs of the owners and the requests of the guests, even the most demanding ones.

The way we work

We rent holiday homes such as fine country houses and stately villas. Rents can last from a week up to a month. The use of several means of advertisement allows to reach any possible guest. Thanks to our website www.renttuscany.com , paper and CD-ROM catalogues (which are sent to about 250 tour operators all over the world) and specific advertising campaign we are able to be widely present in the holiday rental market.

Our method of work

Commission to rent confered to Agenzia Immobiliare MB. The conferment to rent a property must be done by a written private agreement between the owner and the Estate Agency. The minimum term for the agreement is 1 year. The agreement can be both exclusive and free. The owner authorizes Agenzia Immodiliare MB to use data and information concerning the estate for the advertising, also through other agencies or tour operators. The owner can reserve some weeks for himself/herself. The dates of those weeks have to be communicated at the moment of the agreement signature.

IMPORTANT: no oral commission to rent are accepted

Once the client and Agenzia Immobiliare MB have found an agreement, MB will take pictures and make a short movie of the estate, as well as write a technical description of it. A leaflet will be also done and given to all customers and other estate agents.
